Saturday, March 6, 2010 Human Rights House Reception

Meet students living in the Human Rights House in Douglass’ Global Village and see their presentation about their recent humanitarian trip to Romania. Reception sponsored by the Princeton Area Douglass Alumnae Network will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Human Rights House in Jameson C (located on the corner of Nichol Ave and Suydam St.) Alumnae and friends may park in the lot or parking deck behind the Douglass College Center, and from there, walk back towards Nichol Ave and look for signs to the event. Refreshments will be served.

Saturday, March 6, 2010 International Women's Day at the New York Historical Society with the AADC

Douglass alumnae and friends are cordially invited to join the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College on Saturday, March 6, 2010, for a day of fascinating tours, lectures about inspiring historical women, a documentary film about U.S. presidents wives, and concludes with a concert featuring songs from American musicals Program Details Click Here.

We will meet for a casual lunch at 11:00 am at the Café at N-YHS, inside the New York Historical Society (170 Central Park West between 76th & 77th Street) on the lower level, The Program follows from noon to 5:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for members of the Historical Society, $30 for non-members, and includes lunch. SPACE IS LIMITED. RSVP no later than February 5.
